TEXT:               2CORINTHIANS 1:3-4

Comfort is what every person going through pain, sufferings; fears need in order to be relieved from the situation. It is comfortable to have someone who stands by the other in a time of needs so as to give strength to carry on and also to give tangible support to us through the rough times. The comfort man gives is temporary because it is not deep to the heart. It is the comfort of God that heals from the situation one is going through,  the reason why Jesus had to let the disciples know that someone else would come to heal the pain of his death on the disciples. Irrespective of what you may be going through the comforter; Holy Spirit is really standing by you, so, you are not alone in your situation. He comforts us in all our troubles (v. 4).

PRAYER: Use Jeremiah 31:1-17 to pray for someone who needs comfort of God.
