TEXT:   MATTHEW 25:31-45

By nature, sheep are gentle and easy going causing little or no inconveniences to their owners as against goats which are stubborn and disturbing. In the spiritual realm, the sheep can be seen as gentle, accommodating, tolerating, loving, caring and peace loving. The parable speaks about the judgment Jesus will do to human race. The righteous that the sheep symbolizes will be accepted into the Father’s Kingdom while the unrighteous will be cast into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels. Note: the fire was not prepared for man, why then should anyone choose a place of horror not prepared for him? Charity will be rewarded (see verses 35 and 36) while lack of it will be punished! Whatever good, assistance or chartable act done to anyone and especially in the house hold of God, shall not go unnoticed. Are you sensitive to the needless around you or you’re concerned about you and your household alone? Let us learn to be our brother’s keeper.

PRAYER: I plead that you will help me to be sensitive to the yearning of men around me with whatever you put in my care in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
