TEXT:    GEN. 8:13-22

Sacrifice is a symbol of worship. All the living things that entered the ark also came out. Not one of them was found missing/wanting. After they all came out of the ark, Noah who worship was his constant practice also sacrificed some of the animals to God. As a result God proclaimed His blessings and established a covenant.

Jesus is now our sacrifice, an act of worship to God our Father. He is the only aroma pleasing to God. Our lives can only be a sweet aroma to God if and only if Jesus resides in us. Make your heart and body the abode of the Lord Jesus Christ.

PRAYER: Gracious Father, please help me to present myself as a living sacrifice; holy and pleasing to you, in Jesus’ name.
