TEXT:  2 KINGS 20:1-6

Hezekiah was bold enough to challenge God because of his service to him. When Hezekiah heard of his death, that, he was going to die therefore he must prepare his house before death comes. If you were the one what will you do?

There were three main things that Hezekiah challenged God for in his prayer.

Remember me oh Lord, how I have

(1). Walked before you in truth/faithfully.

(2). Walked with a perfect heart. Inspire of the wickedness of man in his heart Jere

17:9 Hezekiah proclaimed his perfect heart. Read 2 Chr 25:2,14-14, Gen 17:1.

(3)    He had done that which is good in God’s sight.

This is a lesson or challenge to us as Christians that by his grace we can live a holy and perfect life which is expected of all his children I Pete 1:15-16

Can you also challenge God in your prayer why are you still looking for a prophets/ pastor to pray for you all the time. Pastor can’t be rescue you from any problem. It is God, who is your father therefore approach him with confidence and he will listen to you as he listened to Hezekiah.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to obey you with all my hearts
