TEXT:  LUKE 8:40-56

Fear is an emotion excited by threatening evil or impending pain accompanied by a desire to avoid or escape it. Our devotional passage tell us of two personalities’ who were afraid of death, yet in their fear approached the Master Jesus for help. We fear the unknown danger death, losing loved ones unpleasant news an enemy a person in authority on the future. However, we can conquer fear by faith and by trussing in God believing in Jesus knowing God is with us knowing God is our refuge knowing God as our savior and deliverer and obeying the Lord. Our faith in God gives his victory over fear. We fear because we did not exercise our faith or wider have at all.

PRAYER: Oh Lord give me victory over fear in Jesus name.
