TEXT:–  GEN. 7:1-10

      “And Noah did all that the Lord commanded him. – Gen. 7:5”

Obedience can come in various forms. Someone can procrastinate and later obey. Another can obey partially but for Noah he wasn’t selective on what to obey neither delayed in any way. Since he has reverence for God and understands the urgency of God’s will and purpose, he swift into action immediately. He knows it is time-bound and careful to do all that God commanded him. He labored to please his God.

We must also imbibe this attitude. We must beg God to help us understand his will/purpose and the urgency of our obedience.

PRAYER: Father, help me to honor you and to obey you promptly and completely, in Jesus’ name.
