LUKE 5:35-43
Jairus was a leader of the synagogue who lost his child; there were messengers who came to Jairus to inform him that his daughter was dead and Jesus over heard them and told Jairus not to be afraid but to have faith. In Jesus, there is hope and promise. The next time you feel hopeless and afraid, look at your problem from Jesus’ point of view, then don’t be afraid just have faith. Jesus said, the child is not dead but the mourners who had been weeping before Jesus’ arrival now started laying, but Jesus sent them out, entered the room with the child’s parents and three of his disciples. He held her hand and said “Talitha Koum” which means “little girl, get up”, and the girl stood up and walked around. Even if there are hindrances or mockers surrounding you to hinder your miracle, don’t pay attention to them, just have faith, you will see the result.

    The next time you feel hopeless and afraid, look at your problem from Jesus’ point of view, then don’t be afraid just have faith.
