TEXT:   LUKE 15:1-10

As we view the behavior of the Pharisees and Scribes of Jesus time, the way they displayed holier-than-thou attitudes towards the people they regarded as sinners at their time, and not deserving salvation, so are many Christians. The leaders of Jesus time such as the Pharisees, Scribes, Levites and other sects acted ignorantly because they did not fully understand Jesus salvation mission for the human race. Numerous Christians are also doing the same. It would be better to see the death of violent non-Christians than seeks to save their souls.

Soul winning is at the Centre of Christ’s ministry to the world. If you win a soul, you will be rated highly by God. Despite our knowledge of the importance of soul winning, churches still engage in other pursuits e.g. mansion, buildings, celebrations and so on.  It is time we woke up to our responsibility.

PRAYER: God Almighty, stir your church to the task of Great Commission of soul winning.
