TEXT:   REVELATION 20:11-15

The revelation of Jesus Christ as given unto John contained in the early part (chapter 1); a blessing for those who read, who hears and keep the things written in it. One of these is contained in our text for today and this is the reality of a judgment day and assurance that each man will be judged according to what is recorded for him/her. Just as the name and records of believers who endure to the end shall be found in the “Book of Life”, anyone, who presumably are sinners, whose name is not found in the “Book of Life” shall be cast into the lake of fire that is, hell which the Bible records as a place prepared for Satan and his followers (sinners) (Rev. 20:10). It is explicitly clear that sinners will be condemned to hell fire but remember that God in John 3:16 has been very benevolent to have given us His beloved son Jesus Christ who had come and died for our sins so that we will not be condemned again. Why not repent of any hidden sin that is capable of leading you to hell fire today and embrace the free gift of salvation?

PRAYER: My Lord and my God, help my weak spirit to forsake sin(s) that can lead me to hell fire in Jesus name. Amen.
