TEXT: REVELATION 11:15 – 19
Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the princes of this world be cast out.’ (John 12:31) there is no king without a kingdom and there is no kingdom without a king what formerly was in the custody and rule of the prince of this world will soon be governed by the original owner; the Lord himself and only those who have lived under his governance will become partakers of this kingdom, the kingdom of our Lord where he shall reign unhindered.
‘You put all things under his control, for when he put all things under his control, he left nothing outside of his control. At present we do not yet see all things under his control, but we see Jesus, who was made lower than angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honour because he suffered death, so that by God’s grace he would experience death on behalf of everyone. (Heb 2:8-9, NET). We must all come to the realization as Nebuchadnezzar did at the end of the days when his sanity was restored his conclusion was ‘…. He will rule forever, and his kingdom will last for all time.’(Dan 4:34b)
PRAYER: Lord, help me to see Jesus as king first over my life and affairs and indeed as king over the world
