TEXT:   ACTS 2:1-13

      In chapter 1 verse 8 the Lord Jesus promised the coming of the Holy Spirit, therefore they should stay in Jerusalem to receive the Holy Spirit.

The fulfillment Jesus promises came to upstairs when they obeyed Joel also foretold God’s pouring out his Spirit on all flesh Joel 2:28. During the fulfillment of the promises of the Holy Spirit what thirteen languages were spoken by the disciples including women who received the Holy Spirit?

It is very important to be able to interpret the language of tongue you are speaking or somebody should be able to interpreted. There supposed to be a purpose for speaking in tongue publicly if the congregation cannot benefit from your tongue It is better to keep silence or speak it inside your room. Remember, it is not a sign of been Christian but part of the gift that the Holy Spirit gives. But it is very important to possess the Spirit of God. I Cor 14:27-28.

PRAYER: Lord help me to allow your Holy Spirit dwell in me to achieve his purpose in my life.
