TEXT: JOHN 21:15-26
Denied someone may not start from the speech but from action. This is more reasons why people say, “action speak louder than voice”.
Peter, though he was still with Jesus and that his love for him was still intact. But Jesus knew that he had derailed from the track by going back to fishing. Instead of staying put to the work he was called to do- fishers of men but just immediately Jesus was not with them. Simeon Peter decided to go back to his former work.
This is more reasons why Jesus asked him do you love me more these” then feed my lamb. Peter was embarrassed to the question threw to him but Jesus knew what he was asking. Do you love me more than these? Then feed my sheep.
My dear reader you have been called out from sin/darkness have you not gone back? What were you called to do? What are you doing now?. Any position you find yourself it is an opportunity, you should therefore handle it very well. No matter the difficulties that you face call on who assigned you the word.
PRAYER: Lord help me to stay put to my calling and not derail from the track you ask me to track upon.
