TEXT:   JOHN 20:11-18.

      Is it true that what a man can do a woman can do it better No, in this case of Mary Magdalene, could not enter the empty tomb she met (v 6-9). But perseverance is very important in most case, which Mary Magdalene had. When other disciples went home because they could not see Jesus in the tomb. Mary Magdalene stood there, she was crying and weeping. It was then she saw two white robed Angels. The angels asked her “why are you crying dear madam? In the process of answering the question and about to leave the scene, she saw the Lord Jesus standing. Although she couldn’t recognize Jesus immediately but in the process of interrogating with from (Jesus and Mary) Mary came to realize that it was Jesus who was standing. My dear reader what are the promises of Jesus Christ for you that you have been waiting for, tarry there, it will not be too long, just wait for him. The promises will soon come to pass only persevere in Him and you will experience the presence of God in your life.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, help me to persevere in waiting for your promises for me.
